Holiday Ham

I wanted to share my FAVORITE recipe for ham! It simple, delicious and a hit among your guests!! 


First I start with a good quality ham. We typical use the brand Boars Head, sweet slice boneless smoked ham. We smother it with apricot preserves, topped with dijon mustard and sprinkle some dark brown sugar over it. 


Cover the ham with foil paper and put in the oven for about 45min at 375 degrees. 


All the toppings should have become a nice caramel glaze over the ham. Carefully take take out of the oven, slice and serve.
